About me

I’m Laura, an Advanced Integral Eye Movement Practitioner, and I’m here to help you overcome traumatic events and process difficult emotions. I have over 20 years’ experience working in mental health environments with children and adults. I’ve made it my life's mission to develop my understanding and expertise of the link between emotions and the body and use this to support others.
